“ Amazing service. Delicious food. Good ambience. We had a ribeye, steak frites, wedge salad, scallop mac and cheese, beef tartare (meh) and a bread/butter basket. My group was impressed by almost everything. The beef tartare was meh, brussel sprouts were too sweet. But otherwise everything was phenomenal. Parking was easy and free. No true dress code but at least consider a nice shirt if you're wearing shorts. It wasn't library silent but I didn't mind it. ”

“ The food here is pricy and everything is Ala carte but that's OK because the side are big enough to share. I had the 6oz filet and it was so tender. The service is spectacular, out waiter was very helpful. It's a nice looking place inside and welcoming. The only negative thing I experienced is they sat us at the smallest 2 person table ever. So small they had to keep rearranging things for our food to fit. That size table is really for 1 person, not two. If we return I will request a larger table as I was uncomfortable all the time we were there. ”

“ I had a great experience at True Blue Butcher! If you're a steak lover, this place is perfect since it's a butcher shop attached offering fresh/flavorful cuts. The steaks were incredible, and the oysters are always so amazing here. Definitely a highlight of my meal. They also have a great drink menu which pairs nicely with their meats. The bar is very beautiful as well. The ambiance is classy and the servers are extremely professional treating you like you're at a fine dining restaurant. The vibe is a bit upscale and the service is top-tier!! I would say that other items on the menu such as the chicken and pastas, could use a bit more flavor/marinating but maybe that's due to that not being their main focus. My recommendation is to stick to the steaks, oysters and appetizers and you'll have an amazing experience. ”

“ Modern and chic atmosphere that was excellent, but the service outshined it all! The menu is extensive so it was helpful to have someone so personable and knowledgeable guiding us through. A huge thank you to Ashley that helped our table through all our decisions from drinks to entrees. We were so happy and had a blast interacting with her every time she came to the table, which was plenty because we never had an unmet need! I was so happy with her excitement to help me pick a dairy free meal. She went above and beyond to ensure I had all of the options presented to me. I landed on an order of scallops and a green goddess salad modified to my needs. ”

“ We ordered the shrimp cocktail for appetizer. They serve it with cocktail sauce and Louis sauce(mayo based) for dipping. We also ordered Filet Mignon with bone marrow, but were too excited and ate it before the photo. We finished off with carrot cake that just happened to be gluten free. The service was amazing. Jordan was our waitress and did a wonderful job, and another waitress saw that my wife was cold and gave her a blanket which was super sweet. Thank you Ashley! They were both so very kind and thoughtful. The food was great but the service was top notch, the best around. ”
